Aina on the day wedding prep was stress free. Why? She was so cool and was just enjoying her day, no worrier of the event details. It was her advantage being a celebrity to act so natural in front of the cameras. Not to mention her friends and family members adding to the fun for the moment.

For the brides out there, the secret in making your groom relaxed and keep him talking than the usual is let him have some shot of hard drink together with his entourage. Joe was more at ease than what we, the video team, expected during the wedding preps.

The glass Garden was a perfect place for wedding rites as well as for the reception.

Another wedding videos worth watching.

Using “One Love” as music bed for the same day edit wedding video definitely suggests drama in the edit. The messages of the couple for their family members, as well as their messages to each other complete a heartfelt presentation.

For the love story wedding video, we had location shootings in Ilocos Sur and Ilocos Norte. I love the pottery making scene in Vigan. Nice footages were taken in Bantay Church, Paoay Church and Fort Ilocandia. We also had shootings at the Glass Garden for the AVP’s opening and ending scenes. And finally at Greggy’s house in Quezon City for the interviews, rain effect scene and the reenactments.

Carmelo and Lorelei wedding officiated by Cardinal Gaudencio Borbon Rosales, the current Cardinal Roman Catholic Archbishop of Manila who is a close relative of Carmelo.

I have covered several weddings officiated by Cardinal Rosales and I can say that he is the best in the entire Catholic Church in giving homily for wedding rites. His powerful voice and gestures seems like an oral interpretation doing an effortless performance. There’s no way not to listen to him, even during the editing of the wedding video, you will not feel bored nor tired listening to the soundbites. I can also say that the wedding video becomes heartfelt because of his homily.

The interview with Lorelei after she was finally dressed-up and ready to go to the church also added emotions in the wedding video. The video would have been perfect if we got to interview Carmelo during his preps also. Well, that’s life in wedding videography, because situations are beyond your control and you simply do your best of it.
